drinking set no.281 "Grip"

For the drinking set no.281 we developed a special lamella cut, which suggests an industrial aesthetic and functionality.Similar to the well-known "American Bar" set (no.248) Adolf Loos designed for Lobmeyr in 1929, the ornament prevents scratch marks on the glass bottom, but it simultaneously provides for haptic pleasure during use. Complementing its unique "grip" the drinking set wants to keep the balance between the delicacy of mouthblown glass and a reassuring robustness, inviting for everyday use.
The set consists of shot, beer, wine, double old fashioned tumbler, water/wine decanter, whiskey decanter, fruit bowl and flower vase.
